1. Who we are

BizBuilder is a business name of Thomas Fogwell, sole trader (ABN 41 440 679 364), Sunshine Coast, Queensland ("BizBuilder", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your rights.

2. What we collect

• What you send us by email: your name, email address and what you write.
• What you enter when you book a call: your name, email address and the time you choose.
• If you become a client: the contact, billing and project details we need to do the work.

This site has no forms or accounts and collects nothing else.

3. How we use it

To reply to you, arrange and deliver the work you ask for, invoice for it, and meet our legal obligations. We don't use it for anything else without your consent.

4. Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we run the business on, such as email, calendar and accounting, under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.

5. Security and retention

We keep your information in secure, access-controlled systems. We keep it while we're working with you, and business and tax records for 5 years, as Australian tax law requires.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.

7. Overseas storage

Some of our service providers may store information outside Australia.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we're not required to keep it. Email sales@bizbuilder.com.au. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Complaints

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a complaint, email us first. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
