    We teach your team: one of our workshops, built on a discovery or covering the basics.

  3. AI and CTO Leadership

    • From A$3,400 a month

    Monthly, three-month minimum

    A fractional AI and CTO lead on a retainer: governance for how your company uses AI and builds software, and ongoing advice on the decisions you make.

Discounts available for solo founders.

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

All workshops run online. Each is priced as a Workshop.

Who's who in the zoo
A tour of the AI harnesses on offer (the tools that run coding agents), how they differ, and what agentic engineering changes about building software.
Builder setup
A spec-driven AI builder set up on your own repository, following an AI-driven development lifecycle (AI-DLC): specs first, tests before code, quality gates and review.
Harness orchestration, founder
A layer above your AI harnesses that decides where each agent works, what it may read, which account it runs under and how many run at once, set up for one person across all their projects. Needs the Builder setup first.
Harness orchestration, team
The same orchestration for a team, so several people's agents work in parallel on shared code without colliding. Needs the Builder setup first.
Enterprise architecture
Model the business, its capabilities, value streams and processes, and work on strategy, based on TOGAF.

The fine print

Scope, credits and terms
  • Every engagement has a fixed scope and a written "done", agreed before work starts. Anything new is a change request, priced separately.
  • A Discovery's fee is credited towards a Workshop or AI and CTO Leadership booked within 90 days.
  • Team workshops: half to book, half on the day.
  • Fixed-price work is invoiced 40, 40 and 20 percent on milestones.
  • Project work runs under a Master Services Agreement (MSA), with a Statement of Work (SOW) for each engagement.
